Justin was amazing! He patiently answered questions on the phone before we booked and kindly answered more by text as we were en route from Toronto to Cambridge.Justin was so friendly and knowledgeable when training us on single kayaks our first time. The water route was so calm and beautiful scenery as well as easy to follow that no tour guide is needed. Paddle-On has more than enough equipment to supply our party of five and the rental rate was very reasonable. We will definitely do it again!

It was an amazing experience. Justin was super friendly and professional. I wanted to try fishing from a kayak for the first time and checked with Justin if they had any angler kayak available to rent. I got an awesome angler kayak with rod holders and plenty of storage. I rented twice during the weekend and it was a pleasure working with Justin. The section of river was calm and beautiful. I caught and released plenty of decent sized smallmouth on both the days it was a blast. Also it was raining a bit before my rental period and Justin was kind enough to reach out to me and offered an option to reschedule my reservation he also let me borrow his rain jacket for my trip that day. Highly recommend and would definitely visit back.

I'm new to paddle boarding. Grand River is the perfect spot for beginners/intermediate. At least 2 free city launching docks. Beautiful, relaxing & friendly place to enjoy a day on the water

My boyfriend and I rented kayaks and had an amazing time on the river. Justin is so wonderful and polite. There's parking right where you get in by the church and he meets you right at the water with the boats and gear. We had so much fun, the prices are great and I cant wait to use their services again!! Thank you so much paddle on for the great experience!!

GREAT experience, HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for an afternoon in the outdoors. Also, the recommendation of the gators tail was perfect! Amazing menu and a perfect mix of local craft beers!

Friendly service. Dropped off the kayaks and helped us into the water. Was happy to take a photo for us. We did a 2 hour there and back in a beautiful part of the river in old Cambridge. Would absolutely rent and do this again.
