I just came back from a back country trip. Unfortunately, we ended the trip early due to poor weather. My wife had the pleasure of dealing with Shelby. She was very patient and helpful to arrange an early pickup. The entire crew was friendly and accommodating. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Great first experience with Algonquin Outfitters. We were camping in Canisbay in Algonquin and I called in the morning to inquire about same day rentals. They were able to accomodate same-day drop off of our kayak and canoe (plus safety equipment) to our campground beach. It was very convenient not having to drive the 60-min roundtrip to the store and have the rentals easily delivered. Equipment return was easy as well as we just had to leave all the equipment at the drop off spot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again in the future!

Pleasant person on the phone, was very good with directions. Little bit pricey for just a canoe for a few hours and they only deliver at 0830 and 1230pm or you go to them to use the canoe and it's 60bucks.
Lots of choices of equipment, kayak, canoe ect. Everything is in good condition, helpful staff.

I had a great experience renting a 3-person canoe. I booked super-last minute online, and the canoe dropoff was seamless. It was delivered on time by a friendly, helpful guy, with everything we needed for our day-long canoe adventure. I would definitely rent from them again
