Thinking of what to do this summer? Look no further. We've been coming to this spot for years - they rent kayaks (tandem and singles) and canoes, or you can bring your own gear and hop in the water off the floating dock.
Heading left from the dock you'll quickly run under the QEW and into Lake Ontario. From there, a right will take you to a clean, small beach which features a shipwreck. Heading right off the dock will keep you in Jordan Harbor; although scenic, the water here isn't swimable. That said, depending on your preferred activities for the day, either option works. The pictures I've shared feature the latter (Jordan Harbor) in late May. It was a foggy day kayaking through the mist with lovely sightings of fish, birds, and turtles.
A tandem kayak runs at $50 and, if memory serves, it's the same price to rent a canoe for the afternoon.

Found this hidden gem while exploring Niagara. Off the beaten path and into the beauty that surronds the most amazing nature zen.
Kayaking rentals, and stand up board rentals
The price is affordable and all the nature you want. Birds such as herons and cranes, butterflies, dragonflies. Fish that jump out of water in the lily pad areas. Close your eyes and listen to the Nature Zen around you.
What a perfect day on the water for adventure that await you.... 5 plus stars.
John the owner, is so welcoming and happy. Sets the equipment up for you and makes the rest of your day even better.

Super easy launch area for kayaks, canoes and sups. There is a kayak launch that is really easy to navigate. There is a picnic area and pavilion which is lovely for lunch. The harbour is beautiful and heading right from the launch will take you to the train trestle bridge and beyond. Always a great paddle!

Great place to rent a canoe, the owner is super friendly, the process of renting a canoe is easy and fast. We went today, although the place is closed, a direct call to the owner, we can help out by ourself under his instructions. There we were, paddle on the river and enjoy the ride! The rate to rent a canoe is a good deal. It reminds the canoe rental at Muskoka which was pricey. Summer is short, we will definitely comeback here soon

I've been coming for a few years and we love it! We always bring our visitors during the warmer season! They all love it too. John is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We've rented paddle boards, kayaks and canoes, all great condition!
