Sam at Melmerby Adventures was so knowledgeable and kind. My family had a great time on stand-up paddle boards There are great offerings at his stand, too! Ice cold drinks, frozen treats, and snacks. Even beach chairs and sand toys to rent for a great day on the beach. Highly highly recommended!!

Could not have had a better experience. Booking and payment was simple and easy. Sam, who coordinated our kayaking rental was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us an exceptionally fun experience for a very fair price. Will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful time here this evening! Sam was very friendly and helpful, and the bay was warm and delightful. The kayak was comfortable and despite the heat and humidity it was quite nice out on the water. Hope to come back anther time!

I loved my visit to Melmerby Adventures last summer! The water in the bay is so warm (you can actually swim in it). I tried the Kayak and found it a little tippy so I changed to a paddleboard instead. Sam, the owner is very nice and lives nearby so it was easy to chat with him when I needed to change my reservation because of the weather. I would highly recommend renting here, the prices are also very good!

Great spot to rent your kayaks and waterboards. (Can also rent stuff for the beach and buy little snacks and buy sunscreen and beverages) The Merb is a great beach too. Renting here was super easy and accommodation was awesome. Sam is the best. I have been several times and would highly suggest renting here for your outdoor experience - totally worth checking out.
