No words can describe the helpful staff and their Sooper friendliness. I was a newbie to Canoeing, but the staff provided great suggestions and ideas to start. They helped to tie the canoe to car and also suggested Locations to launch canoe etc. A 5 star for the Wilderness supply company at Thunder Bay. Another example of how much value a skilled and friendly staff can add to customer.

Ben was amazing! We are cycling across Canada and before Thunder Bay . Our tent poles broke which was a serious issue. I have been dealing with this shop for 20 plus years and have purchased at least 8 different canoes and kayaks from them over that time. Always a pleasant experience. If they don't have it they can usually get it. Wilderness Supply really is the only game in Thunder Bay for serious paddlers.

What a fantastic visit! Staff were super helpful and answered all my wife’s questions (I was tagging along for fun). A very enjoyable place to shop and hang out. Lots of good quality gear and knowledgeable staff to help out in regards to products and locations to use it!
