Our family of 5 (with three young adults plus a dog) rented from Westlake Watersports on three different days during our week of vacation. First, a pontoon boat to do some fishing and spend some time at the sand dunes. Another day we rented a pontoon boat again but also a jetski and spent hours of fun at the dunes. Our final rental was again a pontoon boat for a sunset cruise with additional extended family and fishing. The rental process is easy online and the staff are super friendly and helpful, even pulling up to an easier-access area to help an elderly family member more easily access the boat. We will definitely be return customers in the future.

It was an amazing experience with awesome staff. Even though the location is not very wheelchair friendly, the staff was quick to ask how they can help and made it accessible through their hard work helping me. Alex and Spencer are awesome guys who not only made our day fun but are great workers who are genuine and thoughtful. Was our please meeting them and we will be back. Thanks Westlake Watersports for a good day in The County.

Excellent facility if you're looking for a Jetski Rental in Prince Edward County. This place is located next to Sheba Island, on a beautiful lake in a quiet bay. The staff are amazing - thank you Skyler, Alex, Boe and Spencer for the great experience and conversations!

Our family has been coming to Westlake Wakeboard School for the past 7 years, and we can't say enough good things about the experience! The water tube rides are always a highlight for us—thrilling, fun, and perfect for all ages. Ben and the team are fantastic; they go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great time and feels safe. Their enthusiasm and professionalism make every visit memorable. We highly recommend Westlake Wakeboard School for anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water. Thanks, Ben, and the entire team for making our summers so special!

This company is a total scam. The boat comes with a map showing “safe” parking spots for your trip, and they even suggest routes to take. What they don’t tell you is that you actually need a permit to stop at any of these locations. They have the permits, but fail to provide them to you, leaving you completely unprepared.
When the police showed up, we immediately contacted Westlake Sports. It took over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone, and then it was another 40 minutes before a staff member showed up to help. To put it in perspective, we were just 3 minutes away by jet ski, but couldn’t leave because the police had taken our IDs.
Unfortunately, the police didn’t stay long enough to resolve the issue, and we ended up with a $255 fine. When Warren’s son finally arrived, we found out that he had known all along that the location wasn’t a legal parking spot without a permit. Despite this, he still sent us out without one.
At this point, we had already wasted an hour of our trip arguing with the police and the staff at Westlake Water Sports. Warren’s son was completely unhelpful, stating it wasn’t his problem and disassociating himself from the entire situation.
We will NEVER return, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking with this company as well. Save yourself the hassle and the fines!

We enjoyed the perfect day out on the water with our pontoon boat rental from West Lake Watersports. The staff is very friendly and gives straightforward and thorough instructions. This is our third time renting from this company and we have had a great experience each time. We highly recommend their services.

Great place and great experience. We did Jet ski and Kayak, both were really good. Jet ski was equipped with GPS for safety. Very good place for beginner And advanced riders.

These guys are just scammers they gave us the pontoon boat with broken propeller and when we came back they charged us for that.
They didn’t gave us sufficient fuel we were middle jn the water and there was no more fuel in the tank
And help came after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Staff were so rude and abusive. They don’t have knowledge about customer service.
They gonna give u broken propeller and gonna expect for brand new.
Totally scam is going on. Here am gonna share pictures as well.
