The staff acted annoyed at us for being late when we almost drowned. They charged us an extra $10 per person for being late. They didn’t even ask if we were okay, didn’t apologize for not coming out to find us sooner, didn’t offer us first aid, or show any concern at all. We were rescued by a kind boat owner who saw us struggling to make it back to shore after our kayaks capsized. Not one member of the whole staff showed the tiniest bit of empathy when we docked. If they had at least pretended to care it would have been less of a sour ending to the day because we were grateful and relieved to make it back safely.

Don’t expect a good kayak.The equipment is very cheap. If you’re planning on staying dry during your expedition, you’ll be very disappointed ( we were soaked). Do not reserve for two hours as you will not want to continue for that long and they DO NOT reimburse.

Moved to Chambly recently. Wonderful staff I must say. Very polite and nice people. Had fun kayaking. If you're resident don't forget to do an Access Chambly card that will give you a discount.

Staff are cool and mostly bilingual. Stuff they rent aren’t the most clean ones and they are probably the cheapest in the market. But it works nicely for someone who is there for a daily trip

Clean place with good prices and good boats.
Lake is not that clean and quiet but good place for an hour kayak.

Beautiful lac with the view of the mountain. There is pleinty of aquatic activities like, kayaking, stand up paddle, canooing, seadoo, water paddling, etc. On top of that, there is some good restaurants with good food and service. A must place to go

Went on a weekday, good service. I would assume the water are much busier on the week-ends and much less kayak and canoe friendly.
