Really good / nice staff who were quite knowledgeable. They were professional as well as they had to deal with some yahoos that ended up getting pulled off the water due to several complaints about reckless driving. Kudos to the staff who dealt with them in a professional manner, it was a tough situation and they handled it very well. Costly to rent but that's traveling for you!

Wakepilot is a top Osoyoos activity. We toured the area for a few days and this was the highlight. Excellent experience for first-timers and return visitors, on the lake quickly, and a beautiful lake it is. The equipment is in excellent shape, easy to use and an absolute blast. Next time, will come with the kids. Thanks again to the friendly and helpful team!

Great customer service and staff at the spirit lodge location where we rented. Sadly, our pontoon boat had mechanical issues part way through our 4 rental; however, the staff came out to help and assess and compensated us for our lost time appropriately. You can never plan for boats to break down and all the more reason to rent vs own. From the minute we checked in the staff were friendly and helpful. We will 10000% rent from wakepilot again. Despite the issues with the boat we still had a blast. The pontoon boat is perfect for our families with small children as you can float, swim and enjoy the well optioned boat.

We have rented various times from Wakepilot for Seadoos, Boat Rental and Charters and I highly recommend them. The equipment is very well maintained and we have never had any problems.
Our latest experience was a charter (Harris Pontoon) We had two families (4 adults, 4 kids (8 to 12). We just went out on the tubes, swam in the water and made use of the on boat diving board !
Ethan was an excellent captain managing to take them to limit without tipping them.
We went out for 90 Minutes, which I think is ideal.
Booking was easy, and the on site staff managed to accommodate us, despite us moving the times around.

Just tried to visit Wakepilot at Spirit Ridge where we were told it is for people who are staying at the RV Park and no parking or accommodation for other visitors. The web site should really specify this so they.don't waste.people's time.
