We rented a pontoon for an hour with some family visiting the area. Had an excellent customer service with Jordan and Cait.
Unfortunately, the weather changed and we had to come back earlier. They reimbursed us the difference, that’s very honest from them and makes me want to book with them next time we have family over again.
Pricing is reasonable especially compared to kelowna who’s way too much expensive.
Definitely recommend them!!!

We had an amazing experience today with Jessie from Wakepilot. We went Wakesurfing and wakeboarding. He is an amazing coach kind, friendly, personable, caring, and knowledgeable. I have used wakepilot in the past and have always been very happy with professionalism! The boat and equipment are clean, and up to date. Far surpassed other rentals on the lake. We will see you next season.

We booked an hour wakesurf / wakeboard charter and Jesse was an absolutely amazing driver / coach we had the best time! I would recommend them to anyone looking to try wake surfing or wakeboarding we are already planning to come back next summer!

Odd that this is the only boat rental place open mid-September, but we had a great time on this 15-man pontoon. Could even get the tube we rented to fully cross the wake with a full load of people on board. Well worth the money for our group.

Rented from another company last year. Decided to try Wakepilot. Leaps and bounds better than the competition. Boat was in extremely great condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back

Unfortunately, this rental did not meet expectations. We booked a 4 Winns Horizon for a couple of hours with a 3 seat tube and a wake board. Upon all of us getting there with excited kids, we were told we they only had a small single tube. With young kids and a rough lake it made using this almost impossible (they were scared to go by themselves). Additionally we were told (after we've paid and walking down to the boat) that we had to come back to the marina to take the wakeboard out even though there was a wakeboard holder on the tower. With a two hour rental, we were not going to spend 20 minutes going back and forth to the marina each time we wanted to trade off between the wakeboard and the tube. This should be made clear when booking as we paid for a wakeboard that stayed on the dock. Finally, the boat needs some maintenance. The trim gauge and stereo were not working. If you want me to be responsible for the condition of the boat (including the prop), I'd suggest you get your trim gauge fixed. I normally have a great experience with Wakepilot, unfortunately, this rental was not one of those times.
