Took every precaution to protect the machines - we stayed in the centre of the lake the entire time to avoid shallow waters, just as instructed. Both jet skis operated perfectly when we returned them. Staff even inspected them and casually mentioned one might have a small stick in the intake but said it’s common and “definitely not a rock”
The next day, I got a call saying a rock “broke the propeller” and they’re keeping the full $1500 damage deposit. When I asked how that’s possible, I was told, “I guess you just had shitty luck”

Great first experience! Staff are super helpful and very responsive. Katie found us a great slip for our boat this summer. Andrew was very helpful with launching my pontoon boat and gave me some great pointers. He assisted with securing the boat and showed me the best method to tie up.
We are very excited to spend the summer on Wood Lake and would like to thank the Staff at Turtle Bay Marina for making our experience, great!

Was looking forward to a morning skidoo ride as have busy day. Says open at 9AM, waited at the gate from 8:45 to 9:20 and no one showed up so I gave up as my window was closed and time was up. Looks like they offer good experiences, but seems like they open when they want to.

Renting my first boat with my two kids was a fantastic experience. Aiden's thorough orientation and reassurance made me feel confident, and we all had a great time on the water.

We rented a boat with my family who was visiting from out of town, and while the experience got off to an unfortunate start (boat was late and broken from the previous renters) - not a fault of the rental company, but still frustrating and a big waste of our time. After some (heated) discussions, the boat was fixed pretty quickly and the manager ended up giving us a big discount on the rental, gas, and an extension of our time on the lake. Rough start, but that made up for it and we had an awesome day.
I went again this past weekend with some friends, and the rental process was super smooth and the boat was great. The young staff are all friendly and organized. Shout out to Riley.

Worst experience ever . Rented a boat that didn’t work proper . Refused to give money back because there boat was broken . Refused to give the damage deposit back . Had to call the credit card company. Do you self a favor and rent somewhere else . Wouldn’t let me speak to the manger either .

The staff were very friendly and highly skilled. We rented couple Jet ski, we were late for about 10 minutes also little damaged the pumper at the end. The manager checked it, we offered to pay for the damage but the manager the new owner was a gentleman and thank us for our business. definitely will go back there again the lake is very calm for jet ski ride.
Thank you and will see you next summer.
