Don and his wife were great to deal with when buying our Delta 17T. They welcomed us upon our arrival, ran through the features and benetits of the kayak, explained different skirt and paddle options and even helped us load and lash the kayak for our trip home. I live out West and I had ordered something from a shop that was right beside them, but since my order I haven't heard anything back. So I called the kayak exchange to see if that store was still there. They called me back in 10 minutes with the location and much more information! Very helpful very thankful for them!

There was a mix up, and the two kayaks we had paid for in full were sold to someone else. There were no more in stock, and it looked like we were going to be out of luck. Finally the owner stepped in. They let us know that we could get the kayaks we wanted for a discount when the new shipment arrived. We went from an unfortunate customer experience to satisfied customers.

Absolutely horrible service I called to inquire about getting a kayak and he was on a paddle board yelling at the phone telling me to hurry up and ask my question, I said you you guys have kayaks. (I had no idea who I had even called, clearly this couldn’t be a store). He said ya lots, I replied ok do you have like a phone number to a store? (I’m not going to drive all the way to shediac for a kayak they may not have) and he hangs up?
Will definitely be checking elsewhere for kayaks
