My Sled broke down on the trail on a Friday afternoon. Saugenay Marine were able to take my sled in at 4:30pm, turned out to be a bad stator. The team worked past closing hours to get me back on the trail at 6:30pm. Amazing service and saved my snowmobile trip for me!

Would definitely do business with them, again! I live in SC, USA and found a remote I needed on a third party selling site. The site would not allow me to purchase the item (something about not shipping to the US despite the business clearly stating that they do ship internationally). So, I Googled the business and found their phone number. I was a little concerned when the conversation started in French, but they had someone on staff who speaks English.
