Awesome dive shop! You can tell they love diving. Mitch, the owner is lovely and extremely knowledgeable, John is a great instructor, and is also very knowledgeable and full of good stories! The instructors and training is very professional and you'll be in safe hands the entire time. Dropped into the shop for the first time a few weeks ago to get a new shorty. I was super skeptical the size guide on Bare was accurate despite their contact saying I should go with their suggestion. Mitch had a couple of potential shorties in the shop, tried those on and they were too small. Thankfully we agreed to go the same size as my long suit (which is a T, shorty is not available in that T version). He got it ordered, it arrived so quickly. We picked it up last night, and it fits like a glove. Looking forward to working with this shop in the future. Thank you for your help Mitch.

I dropped in yesterday to sign up for a course and ended up staying to talk for almost two hours! Mitch was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the course. Stopped by to get new batteries and o rings for my dive computer.
Mitch was a huge help and lent me the tools to change them, even through in a couple of batteries for free. Super fantastic service.Ended staying and talking for way too long but Mitch is a super great guy. I would highly recommend Rec and Tec for all your scuba needs. Fantastic customer service, and scuba knowledge.
