FRAUD PEOPLE. Dont book. I forgot my DIESEL orange watch inside boat. I realized and called them after reaching home. They admitted they have it and again I called before going there, response was they couldn’t locate it.

Fantastic memories made for our family of 16 (6 adults, 10 kids) out on a pontoon boat. Friendly, flexible, knowledgeable staff made our driver feel confident and relaxed as a first-time boater. (We rented the new pontoon with a ladder to make our and our children's swimming time easier. Worth it). We had a blast in the wavy, beautiful waters of Lake Ontario and area. Thank you!

This place was amazing! Sadly under staffed, poor guy was run off his feet doing everything but inflatables was amazingly fun! If I were to give a 5th star it would be to update the wooden planks when you pay, remove the stones to make the family’s of those sitting in the picnic tables easier to enter the water. I also thing that a couple floats needed flipping back over and inflated. But super fun place! I will return next summer!

We originally booked in advance for August 31st however upon checking the weather forecast prior to the 72 hour cancellation policy, it was calling for soaking rain. We decided to cancel our reservation & was easily able to do so online. We were automatically refunded what we paid.
The forecast changed again & now it was saying rain ending in the morning. We decided to drive up to PEC, have lunch & play it by ear. After we finished lunch, we looked at the forecast & it said no rain for the rest of the day so we booked it online again then headed over.
We checked in 10 minutes prior to our reservation & the three young guys there found our reservation quickly then got us on our way. They were super helpful and friendly.
We had a great time on the water! Started out grey, cool & windy but the weather god heard our prayers and it turned out to be a beautiful day with sunshine 🙂
I would definitely recommend Westlake Watersports for a pontoon rental.
