Sales rep Rene-Samuel Rioux scammed me on a Seadoo spark. I drove 1200km to buy a Spark in January. He promised me it was perfect and how honest he was. I put the seadoo in the water for the first time in May and it immediately took on water. The Ibr was broken. Once it was opened up their was clear evidence this thing had sunk. Once he finally return my texts he was rude and aggressive. I offered to pay labour if he paid for parts $1500. He gave me a rude reply. Please see a photo for his reply

I am sorry for taking so long to write this review but it was important
that I take this time to say thank you to Yan Eric and his staff.
Having purchased a Malibu for my family we found a problem with
one of the computers that was necessary for the boat to operate.
The warranty had expired yet Yan was instrumental in helping me
get the parts replaced through the manufacturer at no cost.
I want your customers to know that anyone can sell you a boat
but only a few stand behind what they sell.
A person's word is there bond and I want everyone to Know that
Pomerleau Les Bateaux should be congratulated .
The replacement parts would have cost me over six thousand dollars.
