We went Penticton last year for Okanagan Hockey Academy summer camp. We had fantastic time there. After hockey camp, my boys wanted to learn wakeboarding, and Pier Water Sports was perfect. Greg was super nice, funny and great instructor. My boys learned so quickly. They succeeded at 1st try. We ended up riding banana boat as well. Super fun! While we were staying at Penticton, we went back to Pier Water Sports for Jet ski. That was wonderful experience, too. I strongly recommend this place.

We had an amazing ride on the banana boat, which in my opinion is the best value of any activity in Penticton. It was a splashing bouncy ride and fun for us all and we can't wait to do it again. I had a mildly sprained wrist at the time and I had no trouble riding the banana, nor any trouble getting back on when I was thrown off. My wife and daughter had a little more trouble getting back on than me but I was able to help them. At the end we felt we had gotten way more than our money's worth of fun. Great job Pier Water Sports, and thank you for the fun vacation memories!

We had such a great time renting seadoos from Pier Water Sports in Penticton! The whole experience was smooth and super fun from start to finish. Tasha and Anders were incredibly helpful and friendly; they made everything clear, and we felt totally safe and looked after the whole time.
The lake was absolutely beautiful, with lots of space to zoom around — it was the perfect way to spend a sunny Saturday. Booking online was really easy and convenient. Just a heads-up: fuel costs are extra and charged on-site, which we hadn’t noticed when booking.
Overall, a fantastic experience and we couldn’t recommend renting jet skis from here enough. We left very happy and will definitely be back!

We had an awesome time renting the party barge from Pier Water Sports for a 12th birthday party! Everyone loved it and had so much fun. The team was super friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Chris Featherston for making the whole process easy and being so nice. Highly recommend!

BE AWARE when renting from this company. They're big scammers!! Make sure to take videos and photos of your rental so they can't try to blame their damaged equipment on you. We rented 4 Seadoos and they didn't know who took what vehicle. When damages were pointed out before going out on the ride, the worker said 'yea yea don't worry about it'. Sure enough when we came back to dock they had inspectors waiting to check the Seadoos and instantly saw a crack and said we did it. We told them this was pointed out earlier - but they said no it wasn't mentioned. And since they can't tell who rented which Seadoo, they will have to hold all of our damage deposits of $1500 each - so a total of $6000!!!!! They grinded us for 45 minutes - saying we did it and we owe them. We explained over and over that we didn't hit anything as we were riding with children and that we didn't crack the side but they refused to listen and they themselves didn't have any evidence to prove otherwise. Their SYSTEM is so flawed and they had nothing to compare before and after. Luckilyyyyy enough after 45 mins we realized that we took a group photo prior to going out for the ride, taken by their staff, that showed the damaged side and proved it was cracked before we even went out. When shown this, their mentality instantly changed and they got embarrassed that they got caught for trying to scam us after putting us through the ringer for no reason. So frustrating so stressful, wasted 8 peoples time for 45 minutes - just over all a very bad experience from a rental company. Haven't gone through something like this before.
