Fantastic experience from start to finish! I rented a sea kayak for a multi-day trip and the Palli Palli team made the whole process extremely easy from initial booking to final pickup. They were quick to reply to questions, showed up on time, the gear was top notch and they were flexible when we had to cut our trip short due to bad weather. I will definitely be renting from them again.

Today we had the pleasure using SUP Victoria. Marc is first hand the most honest, friendly, business owner you will ever meet.
We had an awesome time paddle boarding in Thetis Lake today using his equipment. Reasonable pricing, and friendly service, he also gave us a mini lesson, just made our day at the lake that much better. I definitely recommend if you're in town, and want to have a little fun on the water... use "SUP VICTORIA"... and don't be fooled with the others that are trying to imitate this wonderful family business!!!!

Probably the best run business in the city. They’ve made it so incredibly easy.
My wife and I went to the thetis lake location. Free parking, pick up your board which is waiting outside, walk to the lake with it which is an incredibly easy walk, paddle for a couple hours walk back, drop it off and leave. No pumping up, no cleaning, book online ahead of time.
They have made this something you can decide to do spur of the moment, no hassle no nonsense. Family run business that has put a lot of effort into making this an amazing experience and they are nailing it. You’ll likely run into the owner out on the lake who will give you some tips during your ride.
10/10 recommend, you 100% will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a used SUP from Palli. Everyone I dealt with there was very courteous and helpful. They very graciously gave me a chance to try out two different boards so I could decide which I preferred. They shared lots of useful knowledge without pressuring my decision. I would recommend their shop without hesitation.
