We celebrated a birthday on the Tiki Boat — and it was absolutely spectacular! From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and full of fun.
The views of Okanagan Lake were stunning, and the floating tiki bar setup made it feel like a tropical getaway. The crew was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and relaxed. We brought our own snacks and drinks, and the vibe was just perfect — music, sunshine, and great company.

We had a great time renting a boat from this family business. We had to book at the last moment but likely had the availability for the time we needed. When we arrived, the boat was ready on the water, and the toy was provided as agreed. We had a minor issue with our toy but Dennis and his son resolved it within 15 minutes, which is incredible. Yeah, we had a delightful experience driving the boat in Okanagan. Among all the providers we checked online, Okanagan Experience Boating had the best rates, and it is an amazing find for the buck. I would highly recommend this local family business!

Awesome trip! Fit us in last minute for a private sunset tour, Denys made sure we saw all the best places on the lake, and we learnt heaps too. Also did some fun driving through the waves. And it was cheap! Recommend!

We had a great time renting a boat from Denys. We had to book multiple boats and he likely had the availability for the time we needed. When we arrived, the boats was ready on the water. We initally planned for 1 day - 1 hour and because we travelling from vancouver was off on the timing and he was so flexible to adjust. Because of the service and fun we had we end up hiring him the second day as well for boat and jet ski for 3 hours and pass on other activities. Incredible support and cared throughout the time we spent in Kelowna. Yeah, we had a the best experience driving the boat in Okanagan and remeber kelowna the best out of our trip. Denys and his wife helped us book parasailing as well out of the way and it was amazing. Okanagan Experience Boating had best rates and it is an amazing find. I would highly recommend Okanagan experience with Denys!

Other company’s in Kelowna are not so friendly or accommodating as this once. Communication is something they value here. 5 starts for sure!

They are not established. Unprofessional and lack of organization. If you want to waste your time - come here.
We book a 22ft boat for 6-8 people online. We fill up a form and gave away our CC information and in hopes to get an email confirmation of reservation, we only got a text with a random link. At this time in age, everyone knows random links through text are most likely scam. Anyhow, we moved forward.
Once our pickup time came up, no one contacted us. We had to call to confirm details. Felt like chasing someone. The gentleman over the phone was vague, little of context and almost broken instructions to pick up our boat.
Our rental was meant from 1 to 3 pm. We asked if we should show up 15 min earlier to at least be trained or talked through properly. Remember, we are only tourists.
It was 1:20pm and he still didn’t show up, he had our personal information and his only answer was - can you wait? - making us feel unease.
At this point we already signed a contract, gave our information and again, keep on waiting for our boat. Finally 1:30pm and boat still didn’t show up.
We just didn’t wanna risk it and ask for our deposit back. Left and went to a different and proper establishment. I must say, this place is cheaper, but cheaper not always means better.
