I ordered a Howa 7mm 08 superlight. Was supposed to come with a muzzle brake but it didn't. I contacted the store, dealt with a great guy named Mark. Was a bit of a struggle but he got me the brake and a new clip as my original was malfunctioning. He did everything he could to make it right. Thank you for being very professional.

I purchased a somewhat rare to find gun from here. Not many have been in stock so tough to tell what price should have been. A few weeks after my purchase they started coming into other retailers and prices have been around $300 dollar less than Nechako. Brought it up with their customer service and they could not care a less, too bad that they are price gouging their customers. They will not get another cent of my money, DO NOT assume they have fair pricing on guns. Clearly they are just looking to make a quick buck and do not care about long term customers.

My husband had a problem with a Teslong borescope he ordered from Nechako. Called them and they listened to his complaint (thank you Len) and then immediately sent out the parts that were defective. Much easier than dealing with Teslong warranty claim process. A pleasure dealing with Nechako Outdoors, highly recommend them.

Nechako Outdoors is awesome!! I've purchased a crossbow and bolts from them. And they've arrived speedy fast, and also as advertised. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a crossbow!! I'm very pleased with my orders. I've also connected with them by phone once and the fella I spoke with answered all my questions.

Poor service. I waited at the till for 10 mins while a bunch of guys in the back room played with fishing rods. The lady that helped me wasn't friendly. I know its a customer service thing but like Happy Holidays, sorry for the wait or have a good day goes a long ways... I hope they strive to be better.
