Friendly customer service at the main desk (forgiving of my difficulties speaking French) and a super friendly and helpful guy working at the kayak shack. Rented a fishing kayak for 4 hours and wish I could've stayed out longer! Plenty of storage space in the kayak, but it's not the most stable and you ride pretty low in the kayak. Only 4 stars though as they didn't answer the phone between 9:30 when they "opened" and 1:30 when I finally got there. Just wanted to confirm they had boats left but nobody picked up the phone. Turned out alright though, with multiple kayaks available when I got there

Nous avons loué un jet ski pour une heure au prix de 189,99 $. À peine étions-nous montés à bord et avions démarré que, après seulement un mètre, nous avons heurté le côté en plastique, alors que le jet ski était encore à l’arrêt, poussé simplement par une vague. Nous n’avions même pas encore pris de vitesse.
À notre retour, on nous a informés que nous devions payer une amende de 285 $. Nous avons expliqué qu’il s’agissait d’un incident mineur au tout début, et que c’était notre première expérience. Malgré cela, on nous a dit que nous avions endommagé l’équipement et que nous devions payer.
Franchement, cette situation n’était pas du tout juste. Ce sera certainement la dernière fois que je louerai un véhicule auprès de cette entreprise

gros manque de professionnalisme. j’ai appelé 6 jours a l’avance pour réserver une moto marine pour 16:30. Arrive a 16:34 la commis a lavant me dit quelle ne sait pas pourquoi mais elles sont tous parties. Pas sa faute, mais mauvaise organisation. a 5h la fille a lavant me dit qu’elle me rappellerais avant 6h pour me dire elles seraient dispo quand. toujours aucun rappel. A éviter sauf si vous aimez perdre votre temps. Au moins le parc a cote est cool !

Très mauvaise première expérience
Ils ont garder mon dépôt de 1000$ pendant 1 mois. Ils m'ont jamais appelé pour me donner des nouvelles sur le seadoo car nous avions eu des complications. Breef je vais devoir me déplacer pour savoir qu'est-ce qui se passe. !!
