Super friendly and nice staff.
I dropped a tiny piece of rubber from my phone case, the Staff Liam chased us to give it back to us. He even tried to help us to put it back.
The other staff was super friendly as well, he went through the simple steps of how kayaks and paddle boards works, also adjusted the length for us very thoroughly.
It’s a slightly windy day. But we had fun! Thank you.

I rented a double kayak yesterday for $40/hour. I received great service. The staff was very accommodating and helpful on how to use the kayak as a first time kayaker! Thanks for helping us make great memories. I would recommend coming to Cultus lake and visiting this boat rental. My family always has great things to say about this place.

We had 3 kids attend paddleboard summer camp this week, from ages 7 to 11. They all had an amazing time. The instructors were fun and engaging, the kids paddled to the other side of the lake and it was a highlight at the end of the week that they invited families to join for the last half of the camp and go out onto the water with them. Thanks for a fun week! (And also the slushies and stickers!)

Very helpful staff. The equipments are in good shape at reasonable price. We only rented it for 1 hour as we are not experienced on kayaking. But i think 1 hour is good enough just to give it a try. Just be mindful of the speeding jetskis and boats around.

Tasty fries and hot dog. I dig the fake cheese sauce stuff. Some may not. The hot dogs are pretty slim for $5 then a buck for cheese. But its lake priced so acceptable. Staff is friendly and service was fast. Nice little seating area to eat from too. Rental crew is good and boats are nice.

Kids working there are pleasant. Keep in mind, they are just kids - so let's just forget about safety instructions or any guidance for first timers.
Good rates for rentals, but the area to explore isn't that vast, especially if the water current is too strong. You're not going to get far at all.
Good thing is that even if you fall in the water, it's a nice warm temperature. It's not too cold like other lakes around.
Overall, I don't think I'd want to rent from them again, unless I am confident in all safety procedures myself.
