This is the second kayak I have bought from them and it's been an amazing experience. I had to order my kayak in as they didn't carry it took about a month but I had my kayak for the beginning of the season. I would highly recommend london paddle shop to anyone who needs a kayak canoe or even just some advice the staff is very knowledgeable.

My husband and I placed an online order for two kayaks at the beginning of July '23. When we went to pick them up, we met with Jennifer and after talking to her we decided on a different model. She helped us with all the extras we would need and were able to bring them home right away. She even helped us put them on our roof.
She was extremely patient with two inexperienced paddlers, and we thank her for that.
We plan to buy a canoe in the future and they will be our first and only stop.
I would recommend London's Paddle Shop a million times over.

"why would you drive 5hrs to buy a canoe?" we were asked by the Canadian boarder agent. For those unaware of Nova Craft's international reputation for excellence this may seem like a fair question. But not only are the canoes among the best you can buy anywhere in the world, the staff at London's Paddle Shop are friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about canoes and canoeing. They have a great selection of canoeing items including paddles, PFDs, barrels and dry bags, maps, books, whitewater outfitting supplies, items for repairing or upgrading canoe parts...and one item I was particularly excited about because they are hard to find: bungee deally bobs!
Now all that's left is to get this beauty out on the water!

Was looking for a canoe to take for portage trips with the doggos. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything at all. Very passionate about their products and provided me with the pros and cons of their various canoes. Also taught us how to mount the canoe on our truck. 10/10 would shop with these guys again.
