I do not know about their service department nor their sale department but one thing is sure, they do not stand behind their product in the clothing department. They even wright over the manufacturer’s tag to change the quality of the product.

Dave is the best!
The starter malfunctioned on my 2022 Mercury 150 XS after only 5 hours of use. Dave said he would try to do his best to replace it asap. The boat was only at the shop for 2 days and it was ready.
