Scam: I booked for 2 people pedal boat for 2 hours that costs $35 including tax, as mentioned on their website. But, when we reached there they charged us $40 instead of $35. They charged us for 2 hours 4-person pedal boat which we did not use. We used the 2 people pedal only. I trusted them and paid the amount but when I checked the receipt at home, it was more than what was mentioned on their website. Be careful and check the amount before making the payment.
The pedal boat experience was good and the view surrounding the Magog river is beautiful.

Nous avions réservé en ligne à l’avance et lors de notre arrivée nous n’avons pas été pris en charge. Ils se sont trompé sur notre réservation et le service était nul. Aucune direction, aucune aide avec les embarcations. À aucun moment ils ont vérifier nos connaissances en cas urgence, ils nous on pas expliqué les procédures et les endroits à aller ou pas sur la rivière. Les kayaks que nous avons eu ne respectaient pas les normes de transport Canada et lorsque nous avons soulever le point à l’employé, ils ont nier la situation. Le prix élevé de leurs embarcations ne reflète en aucun cas le piètre service à la clientèle et les kayaks en mauvais état et hors norme que nous avons eu.

Super service, les réservations sont simple, rapide et efficace. Le départ est beau et assez facile d'accès. Nous avons pris 2 kayaks doubles pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) pour 2heures, ce que je recommande pour avoir assez de temps pour se rendre au barrage et revenir calmement.

Le service était médiocre. Aucune information n'était fourni. Les paddle board que j'ai loué étaient des planches gonflables, mais il n'était pas indiqué sur le site. Il ne prête pas de sac étanche. Vraiment déçu de l'expérience et de l'endroit.

J'ai voulu avoir de l'information pour apprendre à faire du canot. J'ai laissé des messages. Pas de retour d'appels. Le site internet du club donne peu d'information. Je me suis rendu sur place deux fois. La personne responsable du cours n'est pas là . Je parle à deux personnes qui ne me donnent pas la même info. Finalement, le club n'a pas l'air de donner de cours de canot même si le cours s'appelle canot-kayak. Ils ont l'air très désorganisé. J'ai l'impression qu'aucun cours n'est préparé et que le moniteur fait ce que ça lui tente ce soir-là . On dirait bien que peu de gens s'inscrivent aux cours présentés sur internet. Pas étonnant.Je vais m'adresser à la Fédération Canot-Kayak du Québec pour trouver un endroit sérieux. Le Club nautique n'est pas le bon endroit.

Malheureusement les kayaks que nous avons loués étaient assez magané ... entre autre les appuis pieds et les sièges... sinon le personnel était très acceuillant !
