Fantastic service! These guys are amazing — always answer their phone, super helpful with all my newbie questions, and made our first rental experience a total breeze. Tom, who helped us, was especially awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know to stay safe, enjoy the ride, and make it back on time.
He even gave us extra time beyond what we expected, which really took the pressure off as we cruised out to LaCasa and explored the area. Big thanks to TOM for making our first rental so smooth and enjoyable — we’re already looking forward to the next one!

These guys were great! Just a heads-up—there’s no physical building at the address listed. You book everything online or over the phone. They’ll bring the boat to the marina and get you set up with a boating license for the day, along with clear instructions. I had never been on a boat before, but Connor made everything super easy to understand and really set us up for one of the best experiences of our lives

We had our first time boat rental experience from kelowna Boat Rentals, without any hassle, unforgettable trip! Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Our guide Phil was already been waiting for us at the dock when we arrived, his instruction was clear and helpful, also very friendly and outgoing guy.
The boat we rented is well maintained, a lot of space, full of power.

Do you need to rent a boat in Kelowna? Look no further. They are the ones to look for your day boat rentals. We rented a boat for my birthday and service was very easy and simple. Tom and his new employee (Brandon, as I remember), were awesome to deal with. Great follow-up system in place. Called me 1/2 hr. before the time we were supposed to be there as a courtesy reminder and after the service to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

Was a bit skeptical in the beginning because it’s cheaper than its neighbor. However it turned out great! Online rental process was easy, can sign all forms online, Phil met us at the dock with everything ready to go and was patient to answer all questions we have. Would definitely rent again!
