absolutely amazing time! Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of — you can really feel how much the owners care about creating a special experience. The whole stay felt intimate and peaceful.
The room features both wet and dry saunas, plus a jacuzzi, which made it feel like a private spa. You can enjoy beautiful views from almost every corner of the space, which made it even more magical.
The kitchen was fully equipped, so I was able to cook all my meals without any issues.
Note: there’s an extra charge for firewood and robes, but it’s totally worth it. The robe was soft and cozy, and the fireplace added a fun, cozy vibe to the whole experience.
This is a must-try getaway — I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful escape!

Lovely quiet, relaxing stay. So comfortable and well appointed. A couple small things: having 4WD helps you get there because the driveway is very steep, and the fireplace is not what I was used to for getting a good fire going. Neither thing made the stay less amazing.

This is an amazing, quaint, modern, serene and refreshing/relaxing place to stay! Amazingly built and spotless! Natural soaps, lovely hanging chair, views and magazines. Highly recommend!!!! 5 stars! Will be returning!

With regards to the company’s copy-pasted email response below, we would like to reiterate the dismissive attitude of the attendant on site. The condescending attitude is reflected in the email below as well. There was no “understanding” shown to the stress this caused us, and no acknowledgement of the risk in what has happened at chalet #12:
the control panel in the steam room glitched and entered a runaway state at a high temperature, with no accessible off switch. It triggered the fire alarm. We called the company’s phone and it went to voicemail, twice. Upon showing up, the attendant flipped the breaker and played it down as if “everything is fine”.
The company’s claim that this has not occurred before is questionable, since Martin himself mentioned that this steam room malfunctioned just recently, and the company’s email admits that “an adjustment needs to be made”. This begs the question why the issue was not fixed before the place was offered to guests?
We are not sure what the owners’ travel history has to do with the speed of service they choose to provide when things go wrong (not picking up the phone in an emergency?). We have travelled to various countries over the years, and found that the international standard of hospitality is to have facilities functional and safe when occupied by paying guests.

We stayed at one of the “full thermal circuit” chalets in June. The location is nice, next to a green walking trail and not too far from a lake. Unfortunately, the steam room at the chalet malfunctioned during our stay: the control panel glitched, continuously releasing hot steam into the room, and setting off the fire alarm. There was no clear way for us as guests to turn it off. We contacted the number listed in the hefty book of instructions at the chalet, and it went to voicemail, twice, before an attendant responded and came by. They then accessed the maintenance room and switched the breaker off and on again as a fix to the issue, however, they were dismissive of our concerns and did not reassure us as to the safety of the facility.
While it is understandable that systems break and require maintenance, it was an unsettling experience, compounded by the company’s dismissive response.

Cozy and well equipped mini chalet perfect for a romantic weekend escapade. Dominique and Martin really thought of everything: fireplace, hot tub, hanging chair with view of forest, even green tea provided! I definitely recommend if you want to unwind and disconnect.

We stayed here for a mini honeymoon, each couple has their own mini chalet, just a beautiful place to be. The forest area at the back of the home and the space itself was a relaxing environment, especially when it rains. Friends and family of ours are already asking us where we were because of how nice it looks here. Overall a Great experience !

They really are a whole experience!!
Our time here was amazing, cozy, comfortable, clean and a beautiful place we called home for one week. We really were able to relax and take time to enjoy the natural beauty, to rest and to refresh. Everything is so well thought out, well designed and beautifully presented. We also appreciated the personal interest and quick responses we received when reaching out with any questions. Martin and Domenique work hard to create such a beautiful environment and it is a true success. We have already recommend HOM Mini Chalets to friends & family and also hope to return again soon.

Nice little cozy getaway. The view is spectacular. The bed is so comfortable. The hot tub is clean and perfect. The decor is nice. Will be back, definitely!
