Truly one of the most beautiful Cottages we've ever been to!!!
We stayed at the waterfront cottage which was beautifully renovated.
Other friends and family that came with us stayed at the three Cottages in the back, which are perfect for families with children.
The water was beautifully clean from seaweed, a great new deck, and nice sand beach, perfect conditions for kids to play safely, and hang out with no worries.
The owners are truly the nicest people you will ever meet!
They were extremely nice and accommodating to our group.
Can't wait to go back.

The lady working at the office was very warm and welcoming. She rented us two kayaks at the last minute and provided us advance fo the best experience on the water. The place looks like the perfect location for vacations. We would love to go back again and stay a few nights in one of the cottages.

My family and I recently stayed at Harmer's Cottages for a week in July 2018 and stayed in cottage #2 and it was amazing!! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The cottages were very clean and came with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. They have a gorgeous beach front as well which was great for our young children to play on (5 months and 3 years). The owner kept the beach area very clean and anytime seaweed washed up on shore he was very prompt with cleaning it and keeping it nice and clean for swimming. We also had no problem fitting a playpen in each bedroom for sleeping. We highly recommend Harmer's cottages and do plan on going back again some time! Thank you for such an amazing time!

The place is simply beautiful. Parking is easy, access to the cottages is simple. There's a great little beach and the water was clear and warm. Boats, kayaks and canoes were available for a great price (we shopped around and Harmer's was the most affordable). Taxi (or shuttle) services are also available at a very reasonable price.
The owners are really nice and helpful. They're bilingual and very knowledgeable.
The Thousand Islands is just a wonderful place to visit. The scenery is breath taking.
I highly recommand staying at Harmer's cottage to discover this natural wonder.

This is our first visit to the cottages and we love it. We are in cabin #3. Its too bad we only could stay 2 nights but definitely will return next year if there is availability. Quaint and peaceful. Lovely interior and very comfy. A few items missing in kitchen but will know next time to pack some little extras. Owners Daniel and Julie are very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Hiked a couple of the local trails and throughly enjoyed. See you next year!

We stayed in cottage #4 for a week in July 2021.
The water and beach is amazing. Some of the cleanest, clearest water I have swum in around that area.
The cottage was super clean, comfortable and really well equipped.
All of the people that were in the other 5 cottages while we were there were sensational. Really lovely people who we had never met before and enjoyed spending time with (although the cottages are private enough that if you don't want to mingle you don't have to).
Kerri was a fantastic host (General Manager). She was very welcoming, very friendly and while she had a presence she gave her guests enough space to not be in their way.
Do not count on the wifi at all - not even for surfing social platforms as it is essentially nonexistent. This was not made clear to us when I booked so it was a surprise and caused some problems for us. I see that the website has since been updated to inform visitors that the wifi is intermittent (at best) - which is good that they have added this information for those who don't know.
I can't recommend this place enough for a week long stay. It was really, really good and we would love to go back during the summer of 2022 if there is availability (it seems like it might be hard to get a booking because of popularity).

Our family had a wonderful time at Harmers. Kerry was able to accommodate us into 2 cottages at the last minute of trying to find a place to stay. She went above and beyond for us. The cottages were clean and cozy, and came with all of the accommodations down to the beautiful landscaping. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Awesome spot! Cottages are great, free WIFI, fully loaded kitchens, fish cleaning station makes it quick & painless to clean fish. Owners are amazing! Customer service is their #1 goal. They even launched our boat for us and let us borrow gas cans to fill up instead of having to pull out the boat and take it to a gas station! Will definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!
