inconvenient to have across from the park, as you would expect most items are overpriced, but they do have a really good selection of essential items you would need while camping. right next door is where you go to rent the canoe or kayaks.

This is a one-stop shop for campers just across the road from the entrance gate of Grundy Lake Provincial Park. It sells variety of camping stuff including sleeping bags and grocery items. Two gas pumps are available in this store. You could also order fries, hotdogs, burgers, and even fish and chips. Camping in Grundy has become so convenient because of this supply post.

Canoe rental price is right, $3 delivery is nice too. Very convenient that they'll bring it to whatever lake you want. Guy doing the rentals was pretty helpful. The canoe we got was terrifying though. Not even sure what was wrong with it but it kind of lost its shape in the water, the bottom just flattened out. We were barely three inches above the water the entire time. I've been canoeing for thirty years, always in rented craft, never once before did I worry we might sink on calm water in an inland lake. Very weird experience.

We rented a large aluminum canoe from Grundy Lake Supply Post and it was well worth the fee. They delivered it to the exact beach (Poplar campground) as expected. Would rent again and recommend to others. Only drawback is that you cannot reserve online or by phone. It must be done in person.

Showed up right when they opened and rented a canoe for the day (noon - noon). They even drop the canoe near your campsite’s closest lake launch point and bring the paddles/gear to your campsite. Pick up and drop off operate the same. Great way to explore Grundy Lake!

Conveniently located at the entrance of Grundy Lake Provincial Park, this store carries a lot of items suitable for camping. Kayak and canoes can be rented at this location. It is a one stop shop for everything you need for camping or for things you forgot to bring. Ample parking space in front, washroom for customers, and an excellent fish n chips place beside it.
