My Son and I relied on Jessika Desjardins to set us up with a snowmobile rental, accommodations and route for a three day trip. I cant believe how amazing it was. My first impression with the accommodations were Oh oh! However don't judge a book by its cover! The people at our stays were some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Jessika checked in on us, to see how our trip was going. The machine was a pleasure to drive. The people we met along the trails we very helpful! It was money well spent! The only warning I would give any one looking to rent a machine. BEWARE!!!!! they mask their business as a marina that rents machines. When what they really are is a company selling memories! Thank you very much!

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to let everyone know how Desjardins Marine went above and beyond to make by boat purchasing experience exceptional! I was a bit skeptical at first because the speed of communication was a bit slow, but what followed was what really stuck with me. To put things in perspective, I was not buying one of their highly priced new boats, but a reasonably priced 27 year old Mastercraft ski boat, yet they still went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Vincent was very helpful in setting up a video call to review the condition of the boat because they were about a 2 hour drive away. He accepted my deposit, conditional on a water test in the spring because it was the middle of winter.

When I drove the boat, there were a few items I noticed, that were not quite normal, even for a boat of this age, and they offered to fix all the items (including a new prop. and driveshaft). When I finally got the boat to our lake, I was only able to start the boat once at the launch, and then it was dead at our dock. Buyers remorse was definitely setting in, but Desjardins helped with the troubleshooting over the phone and sent out replacement parts (Starter and Fuel Pump) free of charge! Not something I was expecting when purchasing a boat of this age.

There were a number of other smaller items they took care of as well, such as a brand new rear view mirror, and stereo because the old ones were missing.

I can't thank their team enough for getting everything on the boat running smoothly!

This review is only for the snowmobile rental service.
Please please be aware that when you rent a snowmobile they don’t offer any insurance. We took a slippery corner and ended up in the ditch. A link snapped on one of the skis and now we have a 2500$ bill. So please check if your insurance covers recreational vehicle rentals and if not, just know that you could very well end up stuck with a very expensive day.
