Awesome experience. The rental place has great staff and quality equipment. The river is calm and quite serene. Bald Eagles are abundant along the shoreline and other birdlife is plentiful. Paddling along is so relaxing. We highly recommend using these folks if you're in the area.

Did the 4h lazy paddle down to Radium in a kayak. beautiful sights, the mirroring scenery in the water was just stunning. saw some otters and eagles too. stopped along the way for a short lunch. Max and his team are fantastic and had us feel welcomed and well taken care off right away. Would recommend this to anyone in the area looking for something fun and outdoorsy to do!

We hired 2 hydro bikes for 2 hours. The weather was perfect. The equipment was clean and well maintained. The guy who was on duty was friendly and helpful. The views from the lake are stunning. Be prepared to get wet feet. I had my SUP shoes which were ideal. The weeds were a problem but you get advice on avoiding them and removing from propeller. There is a small compartment to store your keys, phone, water etc. One of the highlights of our stay in Invermere.

Amazing guided paddle in the large voyager canoe. Byron was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide - great at spotting birdlife and telling us about the history & geology of the region. The river itself was very calm and relaxing, no experience needed. One of our group was slightly nervous at first but having done it she’d do it again!

Rented a single kayak for a couple of hours in the Wetlands. Given lots of helpful pointers on where to spot wildlife and tips for navigating around by knowledgeable staff who were very accommodating.
Wish I had more time to be able to do the guided tour but will be sure to next time!

If you're visiting Invermere, you can't miss out on the opportunity to paddle the wetlands by lake Windermere. Very reasonably priced, and the lads from CRP looked after us wonderfully. The water was perfectly still and we saw eagles and herons aplenty as we cruised downstream. It's effortless and blissful, don't miss out.

Highly recommend these outfitters. They were super efficient, friendly, enthusiastic and the equipment was great. We did a 2 person canoe rental and DIY paddle from Invermere.
Also highly recommend the trip from Invermere to Radium - we didn't use a guide, but there was a tour right behind us and we shared the shuttle back with them. Everyone was equally excited. On the water, we saw eagles, herons, ducks, kingbirds, and even interrupted a brown phased black bear swimming. Beautiful setting - even with a bit of smoke. Great use of time - about 4 hours down and a quick shuttle ride back.
