Wes and his brother, Tyler, were courteous and friendly. We rented a 21’ boat from them last Friday, July 7th while on vacation in Vancouver. They were fantastic at pointing out all the areas of interest around the harbour on Google Earth before leaving the marina, so we knew exactly how to route our journey. We saw a lot of wildlife, including Bald Eagles, Herons, and Loons. In addition, we were able to get great photos and videos of Silver Falls and Granite Falls, which are two hidden waterfalls only accessible by boat within Indian Arm. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Vancouver check them out…and recommend that you rent the boat for a minimum of 4 hours, as there’s so much to see.

Wes was brilliant at organising our rental. We have a great time exploring on one of his 18 ft boats. He explained everything in detail and give us some good times in how to spend our time on the water exploring. Would definitely use again on my next trip to Vancouver!

Renting a boat and spending a day out exploring the Say Nuth Khaw Yum (Indian Arm) fjord is such a treat! The views are incredible and the water is lake calm. We saw so many cute seals!
The entire rental experience was smooth and stress free. Also the boat itself was great. Really enjoyed lounging in those front seats, and not needing to change any gas tanks throughout the day was a big plus.

Best boat rental spot in the city. Boats are in great shape and the staff are very helpful. It only took 20 mins for us to get to Indian Arm and we had hours to explore the entire inlet. Highly recommend a daily rental from Coal Harbor!

Fantastic service and equipment highly recommend for anyone with an eagerness to enjoy the waterways around Vancouver. I personally took a trip to the north end of the Indian arm, beautiful mountainscapes and refreshingly clean ocean water to swim in compared to the beaches around the city. Atleast a 4 hour trip is needed to traverse to this area. Previous boating experience is required but no license to pilot the craft yourself.
