Great customer service, spun my prop, and next day they had one as promised to save our vacation! Sucks to be 13 hrs from home and not know what to do! Strongly recommend these guys. The parts guy was awesome!

Imagine this: you find a boat that looks good on pictures. You ask for its condition - get promised it is in great shape. Then you negotiate, agree on inspection, sea trial, agree on deposit and do financing.

Then you drive 8 hours to be present in inspection and sea trial, and what do you find? The dashboard disassembled (see picture posted in site, versus picture taken in reality), the port side having poorly repaired dents, which make the boat look like a 17 year old's first car, after he is done learning to drive, AND you cant do a proper sea trial, because.. the electrical system is not done, cant even start the engine!

No apologies, no attempts to quickly correct the situation to fulfill what was promised. Cabano branch had nothing to do with it, the responsible sales person in Tracadie was not on site despite knowing well in advance when sea trial and inspection is, and that I'd be on site too - for me it was a learning experience, for you, I hope a cautionary tale to either avoid Cabano Marine, unless you live nearby or have someone cheap nearby to verify their story before you come, or pay $$ for Marine Surveyor!

I am not going to even mention anything, of what the marine surveyor listed as needed to be done, as they refused to discuss anything about it.

So, if you are far from Cabano physically, think very, very carefully whether to *try* buying anything, you may end up losing money and time to find out they misrepresented the product, don't respect your time, or the agreement.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed, at how they treat serious buyers. I don't want to even think, how is after-purchase service!

While on site, and understanding the boat I came to inspect may be not buyable, we asked to see the 2007 Sea Ray on site, or the 2012 Ebbtide 224SE , and they blatantly lied, telling us it is "sold" to keep us focused on the product they wanted to sell to us!

I can understand and even accept that sales person has to bend the truth to make a sale, but blatant lies, when you just didnt deliver on anything you promised over the phone and emails? Yeah, a week after my visit, I am still angry and disappointed at how I was treated. So, be warned.
