What a beautiful place!! This was a first time for us and we plan to be back for a longer stay next time!! The beach and lake are amazing and the cabins are a home away from home..we spent most of our time on the water and with family. The owners Anya and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and their staff is incredible and super helpful!! Our trip is one that we will be talking about and sharing our pictures and experiences with our friends and family in southern Ontario. Thank you Anya and Brian and family and staff for an amazing stay and looking forward to our next visit!!!

What an amazing resort with a beautiful beach in a Great Lake with amazing fishing. It an amazing spot that shows how beautiful northern Ontario is. The fishing boats they rent are perfect for fishing or going adventuring around the lakes. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of what they have to offer

Darren and I expected to stay for 9 days but we stayed 11. We would have stayed longer but medical appointments etc. got in the way.
The owners Anya and Brian are incredibly friendly and helpful. Darren had a great afternoon fishing with Brian as his guide.
We have booked for 3 weeks next year. The beach front sites are amazing, we cannot say enough about our stay.

For the price I expected a quite a bit more. Instead we got a cabin with hot water that didn’t work for the whole first day until we could shake sediment around in the lines, no potable water, an outhouse with no pit or it was so overflowed you couldn’t see if there was one dug at some point, a sink that never got hot water even after the lines were stirred and the heater turned on, little direction on how to operate the stuff in the cabins and when we did dig up a book with directions in a cabinet it was all outdated and useless, a fish cleaning house that’s falling apart and only one adult can fit in, a stove with burners that barely got hot enough to cook and tiny bunks with worse mattresses than our county jail. Maybe the main lodge cabins are better, our group will never know.

What an amazing place to spend time with family and friends. The beach is amazing, the staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. World class fishing... A great shower house. Cabin rentals. The list goes on!

I have enjoyed my summer camp trips at Clearwater since I was 3. It's the time of year I look forward to, meeting up with many people I have made friends with over the years. From the first arrival in June to the final in September I'm always happy to be with friends and family on the sandy shores of the Hawaii of the North. 10 out of 10 recommend!
