Great thing to have right in Calgary. Cheap too. 30 an hour for a canoe and life jackets. Staff are great, fun place. Something to do after or before a nice picnic at the park.

What kind of jerks do you hire here? At least 20 people were waiting in line to rent skates since 18:40, and just when clock turned 19:15 - they closed the rentals, and even blamed people for being stupid and not checking the website. Well, we checked and got there in bloody time!!! To the little guy acting very tough at the rentals - you’re damn lucky that I was with my wife, little boy!!!

Horrible experience, the manager was loud, rowdy and argumentative. Our boat got stuck cuz the boat rope wasn't tied down properly and it fell into the water and the boat got jammed within in the first 15 minutes. They took thier sweet time come get my family out and when we said that we still have 30 more minutes to go then they just said no and kept our money. Horrible, so please same your money and don't rent from this place. I wish I could give negative stars to this place based on the experience with the manager as this is the worst experience ever.

I enjoyed my experience here. There was a long wait for the pedal boats that we had come for so we decided to get a couple kayaks and switched out a couple hours later. The prices are reasonable and the lake is a nice place to spend an afternoon.
