Ordered a scubapro GoPro mount for a mask (tusa cir 1996). Robin responded quick to questions, shipped in less than 24hrs, arrived in 2days. Hamilton to Ottawa. Nothing negative at all about this experience. Very very friendly and customer service rates as top notch. Part fits just fine. Slightly off center due to mask seal part but otherwise perfect!

My partner and I took the open water diver class with Bob's Scuba Shop as well as purchased some new gear. The experience was flawless from start to finish, from Robin helping pick the proper gear (not only that she prepared the masks for our pool training with the defogging procedure, which was extra work she did out of the kindness of her heart!), to all the knowledge we learned in classroom training with our instructor Jamie and of course the phenomenal 2 day pool experience that familiarized us with the gear, safety procedures, and emergency situations.
I love adrenaline related sports and activities, although diving has always left me uneasy with so many unknowns being down under the water but after the weekend with Bob's Scuba team I feel extremely relaxed and comfortable at depth.
Top notch service from amazing people that have so much love and passion for diving and aquatic life alike! They make you feel right at home in the shop! Such a great community of people!
Will be returning for future training to advance my skills and knowledge for greater underwater adventures!

Their training is very rushed and some of the people in my rescue course that they have trained right from scratch were frantic and had no boyancy control. The course was promised to be two full days of diving. We ended up done in 4.5 hours on the saturday morning as the instructor said “well I have to get up north. You guys all seem to have a good grasp on it tho eh” and left.
