We were picked up from our inn and taken up river and dropped off. We had a mellow 2 hours to come downriver to the put out point at Morell Bridge. The first section was excellent for observing migratory birds and we saw a number of bald eagles and an osprey in the lower section. Great gear and service. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Bayside Recreation enough. For a fair price their helpful and kind staff loaded kayaks into the back of their truck, drove us up the road to Indian Bridge and helped us launch into the river. The river starts off narrow but widens quite a bit. It's truly serene. The Forrest surrounding us was lush and the water was calm and peacefull. Heading down river with the wind at our backs we barely had to paddle at all, a great beginner experience. We saw eagles, other birds an owl and more dragon flys than we could count. It was a tremendous experience. Two blissful hours later the Bayside team was there on the shore waiting to help pull us ashore and take care of the kayaks. 10/10 would rent again.
