Great place to jet ski, play beach volleyball, and go for a swim. There are two entrance fees if you drive in- one for the car, one for you and yours. The jet ski rental staff were extremely patient, helpful, and accommodating. They seem to have motorized paddle boards too. Their private dock was sturdy and well-maintained. I highly recommend using their rental service.
The beach volleyball court was very nice too. The nets were sturdy and the court was a short distance from the washroom, showers, and water fountains.

A great beach that is close to the city. We went on a day that was cool and windy, so we had nearly the entire beach to ourselves, but it can get very packed on nice days. There is an entrance fee, but it's a reasonable price for a day at the beach.
There are lots of amenities here: public bathrooms, a place to purchase food, a giant playground for kids, nearby lounge chairs, and a splash pad. Free parking is also available on site.
If you're looking for a beach day near the city, this is a good option.

I did not utilize this spot to its fullest. I was on a bicycle exploring and drove right through a 'toll gate' to enter this 'beach heaven' next to the river. It was not really a sunny day and I would expect a lot more people with their children hanging out here. All the facilities you need as well as water fountains to entertain the children. Various other activities for adults as well.

Good beach, DJ playing live, Drinks and beer, lots of things for leisure. Adult leisure as well.
The water is cold but it’s ok the environment is nice. Busy but cool. $10 dls parking for a car $25 parking for SUV. $2 dls per person into the beach area. There is ♂️ ♀️ ♀️ ⚽️ .

Very nice beach! Lots of activities to do, and I really liked the bar area. Absolutely love the beach chairs! The only minor criticism I have is that the swimming area was smaller than we thought it would be, but we mostly spent our time lounging on the beach. The live music also made for the perfect Canada day ambiance! Wonderful afternoon.

Very close to the city so you don't have to drive hours before enjoying a simili beach, parking in weekend may be complicated but you will find a place for sure.. sand is not very clean mainly due to negligent people... you are not allowed to bring your alcohol... there is only one beach volley field, you can rent all types of kayaks, paddles... staff is very friendly

A place for the whole family to enjoy. There is also concert in the sand and unlimited things you can do and the kids. 100% recommends to all plus entrance is not expensive is another plus.
