We had a sunset tour with Leanna and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She has the perfect mix of enthusiasm, knowledge and chill. She is as up to date on the dramas (and names) of the local eagle pairs as she is on kayak techniques. We had a great time!

We came on a Sunday in late July, a group of 7 international kids and 2 adults. We had no reservations. Theresa was on her own and had some reservations to deal with. She asked us to wait. She was amazingly kind, professional and strong dealing with waiting people and heavy kayaks. She did it all with such grace and friendliness. I would recommend Alpha Adventures for kayak rental and Theresa in a heart beat. I can't wait to go back and explore more of the inlet. Beautiful spot and excellent company. Thank you Theresa!

A beautiful place to kayak-very scenic, lots of wildlife and interesting shoreline and islands. Perfect for all abilities. Leanna did a fantastic job getting us set up quickly and was super patient, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Do not rent Kayaks from this establishment. We expected 2 rented kayaks to be available at there pender harbour location at 10:00am as per discussion on the phone since were staying in Irvines Landing. No kayaks arrived.
We called the store manager. The store manager informed my whole group we had actually told them Davis Bay... Not true.. There was no customer service to resolve this obvious mistake on there part. But it doesn't matter they take payment over the phone so they control the situation.
The owner would only accept to talk us on the weekend. My family is on a 2 day holiday and kayaking was supposed to be a highlight not a chore. We were granted half a refund which we were rudely informed by the store manager we were lucky to get.. thanks. They made 150$ for 20 minutes of conversation, much wow!
Lots of places to rent kayaks all season long, don't bother here.

Perfect place to go for a kayak ride. Prices are fair and the material is new and upgraded. Booking is possible. Different slot available. Staff is great! There is also a parking available which is convenient too.

Best place in town for rentals, staff was incredibly accommodating and experience was wonderful. If anyone who works there sees this - tell Brendan he was amazing.
