We had an incredible experience at Agnew Lake Lodge that truly exceeded our expectations. We used their shuttle service to paddle the Spanish River and camped at one of their beautiful lakeside sites the night before. The location is gorgeous, with clean, modern bathroom facilities for campers and stunning views all around.
When we returned from our backcountry river trip earlier than expected, we also stayed in their newly renovated Cabin #4. The rustic wood interior was cozy yet spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and uninterrupted views of the lake. It was the perfect spot to relax after being on the river!
The standout, though, was the phenomenal staff. They were welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. On the morning of our shuttle, they had fresh coffee and cookies ready for us, and our shuttle driver, Mitch, was a wealth of information. And when we needed a cabin last minute, Sherri was so quick to act and had one prepared for us within 10 minutes! Their service really made the experience special.
Whether you're paddling the Spanish River, in search of a home-base for your fishing trip, or just looking for a peaceful lakeside getaway, Agnew Lake Lodge is an amazing choice. With great service, beautiful views, and comfortable accommodations, it’s definitely a 5-star experience!

We stayed in cabin #7 on the 3rd week of September 2024. The cabin is very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The price is fair and service is excellent. We rented a cabin here same time last year and can visibly see that the business is investing a lot in improvements. Also the seasonal patrons are nice and great to talk to. I always feel at home here. ❤️

We had a wonderful week with family here! The lake is beautiful with lots of places to explore with a boat. The cottage was great. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to come back next year!

I can't recommend the Service at the lodge highly enough. From my first email inquiry sherri wasn't incredibly friendly and responsive helping us plan a canoe trip on western Spanish river. From beautiful camping right at lake edge, shuttle service and parking everything was perfect. Ten out of ten.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the setting, great cabins and they are updating them as well. Only fished from shore as I was travelling for work but staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to come back for some fishing on the lake

A great fishing lodge with amazing views on a beautiful lake. The owners ,Sherri and Nathan, and staff (Mindy) were very friendly in all encounters and helpful with any requests we had. Our cabin, #14 was in a great location on the property, had recent renovations to make it more comfortable and appealing and offered a great view of the lake. The hosts have done a lot of work/upgrades on this property since taking it over and have more plans for future renovations/improvements as well.
