My friend and I went with our inflatable boat that we’ve used on the St Laurent river before but we were told we weren’t allowed using it there because wasn’t up to safety standards cause it didn’t have seats… We would only be allowed to use the boat if it was used at the beach which was completely packed and we wouldn’t be allowed to paddle there regardless.

C'est une entreprise école gérée par les étudiants de l'école Champagneur. Ils louent des canots, des kayaks, des paddle boards et des vestes de flottaison. Il faut penser au prix d'entrée à la plage (qui vous donnera accès aux 2 autres sites payants de la municipalité de Rawdon).
Il n'y a pas de réservation, premier arrivé, premier servi, soyez tôt. Ne vous attendez pas d'être remboursé si vous prenez 2 heures et que vous utilisez 1h30, ils ne sont que 3 jeunes, ils ne peuvent gérer de l'administration en plus. Pour terminer leurs prix sont excellents!

J'ai faite 3 heures de route après avoir appeler et m'avoir confirmer qu'il y allais avoir un canot pour ma famille 2 enfants 2 adultes à mon arrivée puisque je ne voulais pas faire le chemin pour rien!! À mon arrivée, aucune embarcation n'était disponible. Pourtant, j'ai appeler avant mon déplacement pour être bien certaine que cela ne m'arrive pas ! 3 heures de route pour des enfants déçus !!! Vraiment déconseiller

Nous avons loué un kayak double où les bouchons ont été oublié, nous étions à deux doigts de couler et c’était dur de rentrer jusqu’à l’embarquement. Nous n’avions même pas fait les 2h achetés et aucun remboursement ou rabais n’a été accepté.

Un kayak chavire, la pagaie logiquement flotte avec le kayak renversé. Paraîtrait que ce n’est pas comme ça en planche à pagaie. On a échappé une pagaie qui a coulé à pic et on m’a dit au retour qu’elle n’était pas défectueuse. Quand j’ai mentionné au commis que lorsqu’on tombe d’une planche et qu’on échappe la pagaie elle devrait flotter. Il me répond que personne tombe: réplique facile. J’ai jamais entendu dire que du matériel nautique pouvait couler. Donc on me charge une pagaie à 90$. Faites attention qu’on ne vous loue pas de matériel défectueux pour qu’ils puissent s’en acheter des neuves. Ça mériterait 0/5….

Nous avons attendu 30 minutes, après nous avoir assuré qu'on aurait des canoës. Résultat de notre attente, on nous demande de refaire la queue. 20 personnes devant nous et pas de canoës avant 30 minutes supplémentaires.
Gros problèmes de gestion, si on vous propose d'attendre, attendez dans la queue et pas 5 mètres plus loin.

Une chance notre expérience a été magnifique grâce au gérant Gabriel et aux deux supers agents de sécurité féminin et masculin! Cet endroit est splendide mais notre mésaventure aurait pu gâcher notre journée. Mais Gabriel et nos amis les agents, avec leur grand jugement et leur côté humain, ont sauvé la situation. Merci
